Èsú: The offerings to Esu must be done every five days and the following ingredients are used:
Gin, Okete, Eja, Eku Emo, Ekuru, Igbin, Obi Abata (Kola Nut), Rooster, Ori (cocoa butter), Eku, Epo (Corojo) . He is invoked by the corresponding chantings. All of them.
Note: For Esu Alaje is NOT a tabo the corojo (Epo), can be used, but to avoid the deterioration of the cawries it is avoided to spread it
Ògùn: He is offered Oil palm nut, salt, adimú (different types of foods), cock, fish, snails, Dogs, beans, yam, fruits, fowls, etc.
Osoosi: He is offered addimú which is a simple offering composed of a bit of many things such as beans, eko, corn, meat of a sacrificed animal, honey, omi, eku, eja, etc.
Òsù Ifá: Oti (gin), Iyo, pigeons, roosters, Epo (Palm Oil)
Isefá or Owo Ifá Kán (Orunmila’s hand): He is offered palm nut butter, gin, salt, eko, etc. always asking for good health and stability. The offerings must be done every four days and includes adimú, beans, hens, pigeons, goat, rat, fish, eko, yam , eku ifa, pork, etc.
Sàngó (Shango): Amala (which is specific for Sango) alone or with Epo (palm oil),Palm Wine,Rooster-Cock,Tortoise, etc.
Bayanni: Bayanni can eat anything male Blood Animal, Guinea fowl, white Pigeon, kola nuts,white beans meal (Ekuru Funfun) and wine
Oya: Eran Oda, chiva, carneras, Ewa Sese, Amala, Eko, Gbegiri
Òsún: Boiled cassava with shrimp and epo (palm oil), sweet desserts, fruits (oranges) with oyin (honey), cornwine, cooked eggs, etc.
Odù: Igbin, Eyele, Iyan, Ewure, Elede(Cerdo), Agbo, Isawiri Tabu: Epo, Adin
Obàtàlà or Orìsànlà: He is an albino deity, thus must be kept in dark places and offered white animals (funfun), efun, ori, vegetables cooked with ori, milk, coconut water..etc.
Tabú: Emu (Palm wine), Epo(Palm Oil), the light.
Àjé: Fruits, white Pigeons,Kola Nuts (deity of richness)
Ègbe Òrún: Fruits, animals, everything that is eaten.
Yemoja: Iyán, Ewure, Adiye, Pépéye(patos)
Note: The Eko (fermented corn flour) dissolved in water and honey is accepted by the majority of the Òrìsà and the Iyamis. Also, the Òrìsà eat anything ordered by Ifa; the offering is made according to the objective. Each animal has a meaning; except in the consecration in which the correct animals must be used and a specific animal is offered in a specific manner
